Yes! We use fully HIPAA-compliant, secure video platforms that protect your privacy just as strictly as in-person sessions. Many clients find telehealth equally supportive (and often more convenient), especially for those in remote areas of California or with busy schedules. The connection and care remain the same; only the location changes.

We accept several major plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, and Optum/UBH, to help make quality counseling more accessible. Coverage varies by plan and individual policy and we’re happy to verify benefits during your free consultation or you can contact us directly. We also offer private-pay options for those without coverage.
