Licensed Therapist LMFT/LPCC
Coastline Counseling Group is seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist (20-30 hours) to provide individual, couple, and potentially group therapy. The role focuses on issues such as relational challenges, grief, anxiety, and life changes. The therapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation and apply evidence-based practices. Hybrid work may be available, pending legal and ethical considerations.

Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
Valid California clinical license
Experience in individual, couple, group, or family therapy
Proficient in treatment planning and evidence-based interventions
Strong communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with Simple Practice or willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Part-time (initially 3-4 months) progressing to full-time (20-25+ clients/week).

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT/APCC)
Coastline Counseling Group is seeking full-time Registered Associates (25-30 hours) to provide individual, couple, and possibly group therapy, focusing on relational issues, grief, anxiety, and life changes. The role includes maintaining clinical documentation and using evidence-based practices.
